GameFan even published my Megaman X hadouken codes, but not my codes to play as Shin Akuma in SNES SFA2, damn. He did discover it was base 4, I'll give him that. LOL he thought he decrypted the whole thing because I took over when he fell asleep. We did this without a PC, using a ROM copier to scan the memory map for changes.

We got tired of stacking the Action Replay on top of the Game Genie, so when we got an Action Replay MKII (which could do ROM as well as RAM codes) we decrypted the SNES Game Genie codes for conversion into Action Replay format, which had no encryption back then. We were basically trying to hack SFII into a Capcom Vs.game (or Cheese Fighter as we called it) lol. We had air moves and combo with any hit for SF II World Warrior, flaming Dragon Punch, auto chain punches and kicks, damage reduction, juggles, etc. Street Fighter player Technical Monkey and I would train Action Replay codes all day and night for the SNES.
